gnu: gssdp: Drop pandoc dependency.
Building a fresh GNOME would take ages because of the GHC bootstrap. The
man
pages are simply transpiled from HTML, which is still available.

[#:configure-flags]: Unconditionally use "-Dmanpages=false".
[native-inputs]: Remove pandoc.
