gnu: node-mkdirp: Build from TypeScript sources.
* gnu/packages/node-xyz.scm (node-mkdirp)[arguments]<#:phases>: Keep
"@types/node" and "typescript" in 'delete-dev-dependencies. Add
'adjust-for-typescript-6. Replace 'build.
[native-inputs]: Add node-types-node and node-typescript.
