gnu: perl-libxml: Fix description.
Descriptions were of the wrong (sub)package, XML::Parser::PerlSAX.
* gnu/packages/xml.scm (perl-libxml)[synopsis, description, home-page]:
Replace with the correct (upstream) ones.
