gnu: petsc-openmpi: Ensure compatibility of SCOTCH dependency.
* gnu/packages/maths.scm (petsc-openmpi)[inputs]: Replace pt-scotch
with pt-scotch32 in order to prevent 'incompatible pointer' warnings
being generated in the 'build' phase.
