derivations: Reduce 'valid-path?' RPCs in
'derivation-prerequisites-to-build'.
On a profile with 280 packages, this reduces the number of
'valid-paths?' RPCs made by 'guix package -nu' from 6K to 500.

Memoize 'valid-path?' calls.
