gnu: python-mako: Do not use pytest nose compatibility layer.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-mako)[native-inputs]: Replace
PYTHON-PYTEST with PYTHON-NOSE.
[arguments]: Adjust check phase accordingly. While at it, allow overriding
the #:tests? key.
