[PATCH] gnu: Add vim-full.
This patch adds a variant of vim which includes most if not all optional features. These can not be moved into separate outputs. VIM is actually version 8.0.0002, so I added patches sequentially up to 8.0.0005 to solve this https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/1070#issuecomment-247141940 bug, tests succeed now while they failed with vim 8.0.0002 (release we package with vim). This patch makes the previous send 'add ruby' obsolete.
