Just to future-proof this table, instead of having "is this package up to date?", let's rather use "packaged version". Perhaps we could even use separate columns for master, staging and core-updates. This is especially valuable considering that we are currently on 3.30 rather than 3.32 or 3.34, making all of those values 0 by definition.
