As I replied to [1], there is 3 things:

  (1) • upgrade R to 4.5.2; released on Oct 31
  (2) • upgrade Bioconductor to 3.22; released on Oct 29
  (3) • update various CRAN packages; now

I’ve already scheduled on my agenda to work on (2) which implies more or
less (3).  Since it’s not fun, I freely let my turn if you
volunteer. :-)

Well, I miss why there is no r-team branch.  We had one, no?  If not,
maybe we could create one, no?

About the upgrades, the branch might be r-updates or r-team.
