Hi Guix,
R in Guix is still at version 4.5.0. Version 4.5.1 has been out
for a few months now, and 4.5.2 will be released on 2025-10-31. I
won't be back to work by then, so I would appreciate the R Team to
update R and our CRAN / Bioconductor packages as I still cannot
take care of this.
If you need help to understand how to upgrade the packages, please
feel free to write to this mailing list and Cc me.
