I’m adding this on my calendar. I already noted on my calendar to work on the coming Bioconductor 3.22 release on October 29th. I did once a Bioconductor upgrade, so I should be able to do it again. :-) However, I should need some help with the R upgrade. I’ll keep you in touch.
