Thanks Vagrant! I had pushed the branch when the Linux releases were made available, purely to test the 2025-09-19 Linux kernels within my own pre-release workflow, which assumes a kernel-updates branch exists.
The linux-libre kernels came out on 2025-09-22, which is why the deblobbing scripts had not been updated on our branch yet. Now they are available and there is a pull request for review: https://codeberg.org/guix/guix/pulls/2902 Leo On Mon, Sep 22, 2025, at 14:47, Vagrant Cascadian wrote: > Did not find a relevent pull request to comment on, so figured I would > mention here... > > I took the liberty to push an updated deblob script for 6.16.8 to > kernel-updates, so that the 6.16.8 source tarball would build (probably > worth squashing into the 6.16.8 update before merging). > > Also tested [email protected] and > [email protected] and they seem to work for me! > > Not sure if there are any other blockers on merging the kernel-updates > branch... seems like at least a chain of dependency failures blocking > dwarves from building on ci: > > https://ci.guix.gnu.org/build/14646254/details > > > live well, > vagrant > > Attachments: > * signature.asc
