Hello again,

I am just replying to one particular procedural point, and otherwise rather
waiting for other people to speak up.

"When deemed appropriate, between 30 days and 60 days after the start of the
discussion period, the author(s) may publish a final version and announce
the start of the *deliberation period*. If the authors fail to do so, the
deliberation period automatically starts 60 days after the start of the
discussion period based on the latest version provided by the author(s)."

I suppose the idea is to not have zombie GCDs, but to force a decision at
some point in time; or maybe 30 days could be considered the "regular"
or "optimal" duration of the discussion period, and the next 30 days a
prolongation.

Here we have discussion-date: 26-02-28;
so the deliberation could start as early as March 30, and will start
automatically on April 29.

So we do not have to panic, there is still some time left; but there are
also things to discuss, as you brought up! I was not aware that these
were points you had in mind to add, but they are definitely good points
that require some thought.

Andreas
