To be clear, we won't make forking absolutely impossible. We do want to communicate that AGit is a option and, from our experience, can replace fork workflow for a good amount of cases.

I think blocking this on getting web interface via AGit is reasonable, there's luckily a issue for that [1] and I've commented on it to get the discussion started again.
