In my mind “contributors” in the policy is any contributor, including
“project members”.
The “Contribution acceptance” rule does not contradict project
commitments. It’s about documenting how we deal with contributions that
are LLM-authored (which are more likely to come from contributors not
familiar with our rules).
We did receive a few of these already; having a written rule on what to
do with them will be helpful and ensure committers act consistently.
