Hi everyone, As a (very late) reminder, our next release meeting is taking place later today (in my timezone at least):
Sunday 18 October, 17:00 UTC date -d "2026/10/18 17:00 UTC" https://meet.jit.si/guix-release Proposed Agenda: - Last week's action items: package sets, teams and the freeze, package manifests, source tarball, ungrafting and jobsets, teamless grafts, minor releases, installer (#7373), warnings. - Timeline: this week the package sets should be finalized and the release artwork commissioned; the toolchain and transition freeze is in effect from 2 November. - New release blocker: proot-static fails to build since talloc 2.4.4 (#10088), which breaks 'guix pack -RR'. - Security releases/backports update - Open questions: specific release date instead of week. - AOB - Summary Anyone interested is invited to join! Hope to see you there, Jelle
