GOA DAY 2004 - A Mega Event
of the Goan community in Kuwait
 
 
The 10th Annual Goa Day organised by the Goan Welfare Society in association with Goan Clubs/Organisations will be held at Marina Party Hall (Touristic Enterprises Garden), Abbasiya, Kuwait on Friday, 24th September 2004 from 10.30 am to 6.30 p.m.  
 
A day long mega event, with lots of thrills and excitement is being set with a record number of Goan Clubs/Organizations participating in authentic Goan food stalls, games stalls, Konkani stage show by talented Goan artistes, Group folk dances,  fancy dress competition, Konkani singing competition for children, GWS Educational Awards & Prizes Distribution, Lucky Raffle, Music of all kinds. The opening ceremony is a treat to watch, so don't miss it. All who yearn for a Goan ambience and nostalgia cannot afford to miss this unique opportunity of togetherness at the newly renovated airconditioned Marina Party Hall.

The Drawing and Essay competitions will be held on Wednesday, 15th September 2004 at the Indian English Academy School, Salmiya.The Konkani songs singing competition and the fancy dress competitions will be held on the 'Goa Day'.
