Well, outside of some other consideration this looks a bit of an odd
duck. The construction of this vehicle requires the development of
internal combustion, which in turn requires early developments that
would have made castles obsolete and thus made constructing this vehicle
a rather pointless exercise (unless it has some more significant function).
If you can drive up something like this to a wall, you can also simply
bring down the wall with cannon -- and since the defenders know this the
wall is unlikely to be there in the first place.
