I have read a few reviews around the Internet but lacking any real
substance regarding GURPS Alpha Centauri. I would tend to trust the
opinions of the readers here before reading random postings on the
Internet, hence my post.
My Dilemma: I have a good friend who is definitely a fan of the video
game. Since his install of it, it has not left his system and he still
plays it -very- regularly. I am planning on getting him a GURPS book,
since he was recently converted from another game system. However,
since he is a fan if the book is "just OK" I would assume to get a
different book than risk getting him a mediocre offering.
Any insight/opinion/discussion welcome. Thank you in advance.
