What are you referring to?
BT Elementals = Battletech Elementals = Enhanced (I can't remember if it was
GE or Eugenics) Soldiers specifically bred by the "Clans" to use Power
Armour. Said PA being somewhat "clunkier" than is usual in Mecha SF that has
it, without the instant response of a neural interface IIRC. (I'm mainly
aware of them from the battletech animated series of the late 90s (IIRC)).
