Assuming a setting depicted in GURPS Terradyne and advancing it
forward, say transportation TL 10, what would be the best source of
hydrogen for terraforming Venus? It would take about 4×10^19 kg of
hydrogen to convert the whole Venusian atmosphere. Moons and planetary
rings cannot be exploited due to the ExPERt Act of 2051. Would comets be
the best source of hydrogen? What about removing hydrogen from the
atmosphere of Jupiter? Thanks, in advance, for your helpful comments.
