have you ever tried to write an intercontinental bomber using MVDS?
Historically there were some prototypes but nothing operational, I
think. 

Using the full set of Vehicles rules it is surprisingly difficult, 
the cruise speed rules cut range or inflate fuel use and the stall
speed rules make large aircraft more difficult ...
