I just realized something: There's another name and business for such a ship. Fleet Repair Tender. It travels with fleets of military vessels to help repair them after heavy battles. Pure military ships would have less space for repair facilities as they would want to devote the mass and/or volume to engines, generators, weapons, and defenses. - - -- Troy Guffey ICQ: 1978644 AIM: Pax214 Y!: troyguffey LiveJournal: http://www.livejournal.com/users/troyguffey/ PGP key ID: 0xDCCDF22D -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: PGP 8.1 - not licensed for commercial use: www.pgp.com iQA/AwUBSGKmE7FbrNPczfItEQIs6QCfeRMcko29ffo8kAXo+dVLkp0Htn4An3Kb PKo8b9ptLVtKPf28gJsA7loY =w3Tc -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ GurpsNet-L mailing list <[email protected]> http://mail.sjgames.com/mailman/listinfo/gurpsnet-l
