So you'd take the shock penalty for the other subject being injured as they take it, and pain penalties from curses torture etc? Just thinking aloud, but I suggest starting with Chronic Pain at the Severe level - shock penalties are capped at -4, so not only is that the worst-case usual scenario, it's also going to push the average towards -4 anyways. Interval is going to be very short, so I'd call it x0.1 instead of x0.5. Eyeball a Frequency of Appearance based on how often the other guy gets into trouble and you're probably done. Both parties take this disadvantage.

The next two would be covered by two very limited Possession advantages, one as an alternate ability of the other. Both parties take an advantage (like Special Rapport) to say that you're considered constantly "in range" of each other. I'd price it at 5 points, like Special Rapport. Both parties should probably take an Involuntary Duty or Enemy of the other party, to cover the inconvenience value.

2:see through others eyes (needs to concentrate to do so, other subject can resist, contest of wills, kind of like rider spells)

3:switch bodies (needs concentration to do so, fatiguing, can be resisted by other subject, contest of wills)
