I was just reading the Ultratech 4th ed source book and got to the Reality Disruptor. Since I also recently reread Towers of Midnight I was struck by this descriptive sentence: "These weapons erase the target from existence."
The Wheel of Time magic effect of Balefire does something similar with the added bonus of removing the object or person and their effects retroactively from the timestream. A similar bonus could be added to a Reality Disruptor in GURPS.
