Hello everybody, I've just posted my interpretation of a gas giant diver. Lots of TL12 advanced metal (aka "strong bonded superdense", since ordinary "bonded superdense" is TL11 advanced metal) to hold the hydrogen out, lots of contragrav to get back up, only a handful of sensors -- in that murk, you have to get close to the sensors, anyway.
