This is a weekly posting with GURPS vehicles (and the like) to the
GURPSnet mailing list. I grant the permission for all non-commercial
redistribution of my work, but I would like to know if you put it on
a website or the like. The files at omeyer.gmxhome.de are down until
I fix the automatic PDF generation, which should be one of these
days - see sourceforge.net/projects/gurpsml

IISS High Pressure Work Suit v1.0 (GURPS Traveller TL12)
  Copyright 2011 by Onno Meyer

When the Scout Service required specialized gear for operations in the
atmosphere of gas giants, they had to start their own R&D project. Since
then, several Imperial megacorps have licensed the HPWS for prospectors
on hot greenhouse worlds.
The Work Suit has 23mm bonded superdense armor on the torso, and 19mm
on the limbs. The contragrav is rated for 8.3 G, with double redundancy.
The suit only has a basic avionics suite, but mission-specific gear can
be added on two arm mounts (usually contact sensors or tools), a large
bracket over the stomach and a smaller one on the head.

Subassemblies: Body +0, two Legs -1, limited-rotation Turret -2, two
  Arms -2.
Powertrain: 4.2-kW leg drivetrain; two 1,200-lb. vectored super
reactionless thrusters; two 20,000-lb. contragrav generators; two
102.5-kW nuclear power units; 540,000-kWs rechargeable E power cell.
Occ: Battlesuit crew station rated for 180 lbs. pilot weight.
