HEDP damage for a 50mm shell is B*S*H = 50 * 0.5 * 1 = 25. For a
normal missile/bomb warhead, it becomes 25 * 1.6 = 40.

There is a rule that self-destructs are half the usual weight, but
that isn't the same as twice the damage shaped charges.

If the flock works best against unarmored guerillas, any stealth
needs to be against eyes and ears.

A C1 robot brain would have IQ 4. Animals with that level of 
intelligence don't usually bash their heads in.
