I am trying to model a D&D monk, I think I have all the standard feats as close as possible except these three Ki Strike Magic, Law and Adamant.

I figure:

Ki Strike - Magic []
Gives armor piercing verses any armor with weakness to Magic modifier, +40%; Armor Divisor (5), +150%; Melee Attack cannot parry, -35%;

Ki Strike - Law []
Gives armor piercing verses DR with weakness to Law, +10%; Armor Divisor (5), +150%; Melee Attack cannot parry, -35%;

Ki Strike - Magic []
Gives armor piercing verses DR with a weakness to Adamantium +10%; Armor Divisor (5), +150%; Melee Attack cannot parry, -35%;

These abilities are supposed to be "on" all the time on anything the character hits with an unarmed attack.

I can not really use ST Based because there is no attack to add to ST.

I am not sure I can, or if it is possible to just add the Armor Divisor and Magic, Law and Adamant to the ST attribute. It would make it incredibly expensive.

I am thinking that making an Innate Attack with CR damage = to ST, and starting with:

Innate attack [points worked out by CR with damage modifiers 1d-1, +1, +2, etc ]+ Armor divisor, Melee Attack, Vs. Magic

Then later letting the player add the Law and Adamant enhancements to it. This is certainly simpler than the above mess, but lacks multiple attacks and makes the PC have to take the Innate Attack skill too.

But that would cut down any multiple attacks as well and makes the punch only a little different.

Any ideas, anyone does this before?
