It has been a little while since I read GURPS OGRE but if I recall correctly, the OGREs are supposed to be fully aware AI, trained in both virtual environments and small platforms with similar control structures as a full OGRE chassis, some even 'go rogue'.
Is there anything preventing a full AI from having physical skills for operating the mechanisms it is equipped with?
