Considered, rejected, and done, for different values of "all" and "book". I have vehicles with VE1st, VE2nd with the VE2nd writeup, VE2nd with the Lite writeup, 4E Spaceships, and all things in between. One format won't fit all and the old stuff probably isn't worth the effort. I have 645 writeups in an XML format and an XSL transformation to turn them into formatting objects. Then I use Apache FOP to turn it into a PDF, but v1.1 can't handle my tables well. I'm waiting for improvements in this open source project.
