I wrote earlier:

The volume is 12 cf. Unlike a motorcycle, there are no wheels with
empty air between the spokes, so I envisioned mostly a box 6' long,
2' high and 1' wide. I added 6" on either side to account for the 
handle, foot rests, etc. It will also taper a bit at the saddles,
that volume could be lower down, perhaps 16" wide at the base.

There is no "fuel" weight. 600 lbs. empty, 400 lbs. for two people
in some sort of suit, 1,000 lbs. loaded.
