VE186. Flooding starts when a hit below the water line does more than HP/10
points of damage, so counting the DR any hit of more than two points starts
the process. The rate of flooding depends on the damage, so water from mere
arrow holes will be easy to bail of one sailor has a free hand and a
teacup. That part is realistic, I think.

Less realistic is that a few arrows will bring it down to 0 HP. Structural
collapse will come before flooding matters, even if the attack uses arrows.
A few kicks will wreck it, too, but that sounds reasonable.
