As you probably know, you are subscribed to a mailing list. If you did
not subscribe yourself, you should check if your mail account has been
compromized.
Instructions how to subscribe or unsubscribe can be found in the url at
the end of each message. This is the easiest way since the vast majority
of us are not list admins -- certainly not me ...
