Most of it. There will be something of the "dynamic sports car feeling" left.

It could go that far, but people would wonder why they don't take a better ship 
for the flight. TL15 isn't the time of iron men and tinfoil spacecraft ... It 
is intended as a trainer for the Earth/Luna system or equivalent.

The thrusters need 1.8 MW. That leaves 0.2 MW for the force screen and all the 
rest.

The power cell is purely for backup and ground power. One standard rE cell.

I had found that some of my earlier ships had been "unbalanced" -- not enough 
accel and FTL speed for the TL, for example. So I decided to start at an early 
interstellar tech level and to get into an arms race with myself. It has 
something to do with comparing GURPS 3E and 4E, too. 3E has more TLs, 4E has 
more options within the TLs.
