She has room for a pilot, a flight attendant, and six or more passengers -- much depends on how friendly and how inebriated they are. The limo has two seats in front, a bench with four places on the left side, and another bench with two places in the rear. A small kitchen on the right provides snacks and liquid sustenance. The vehicle uses the design rules from Vehicles [second edition, third printing, July 2010 errata], Traveller, Lite, VXi, and VXii (including the armor volume rule) with the text format from Vehicles Lite.
