LOL, You got me laughing so much I didn't even check my own physics before posting that last message. 20 seconds at 1G will not get you 600 feet up. Closer to 3 thousand feet (Vf = Vi + a * t, at a constant accel Distance = (Vi + Vf)/2*t).
