Lots of 3e stuff. I'm working on-again, off-again at the gemeration
of a massive PDF file from my archives, but FOP 2.0 can't handle my
tables yet. This year FOP 2.1 came out, I'll have to install it and
see.
3E has the GURPS Mecha rules which are mostly a subset of Vehicles,
plus Vehicles Expansions and Robots. The problem is that a Vehicles
tank will beat a (Mecha or Vehicles) mecha most of the time.
Either you simply ignore that and let genre convention rule (the way
of GURPS Mecha) or you look for tactical niches for the walkers (the
way when you play with the full Vehicles deck). Neural interfaces
give a bonus for species-compatible vehicles, but usually that can't
overcome the advantages of a conventional tank. One possible answer
is to use relatively lightweight walkers in a "cavalry" role.

Assault Walker v1.0 (TL11)
Copyright 2015 by Onno Meyer
The Assault Walker mounts a six-barrel grav cannon in the right arm, a
particle beam in the left arm, two rocket pods on the shoulders, and one
x-ray laser. The Walker is optimized for close combat, overwhelming the
point defenses of an enemy AFV with a single salvo.
Usually the driver controls the arm weapons and the fixed rockets. The
backseater runs the sensors and the laser. The cockpit has a cupola with
vision blocks, but most crews rely on viewscreens and neural interfaces
instead. Riding unbuttoned would be unsafe, even on primitive planets.
It takes 130 seconds to recharge one particle beam shot. A normal load
of 40mm ammunition and 200mm rockets is $542,600.

Space Marine Raider Battlesuit v1.1 (TL12)
Copyright 2014 by Onno Meyer
The Raider Battlesuit is used for spacemobile operations. The suit can
be reconfigured with different modular weapons, from the standard 3.6-MJ
x-ray laser rife and three 10-lb. guided missiles for riflemen to the
108-MJ antiparticle beam of the heavy support teams.
In addition to the arm and leg motors, the suit has a contragrav unit
and a sublight thruster. It is protected by 12mm metal-ceramic sandwich
armor and low-signature hull coatings. The Battlesuit opens to the rear,
suiting up is possible for a lone operator but easier with an assistant.
A survival kit is clipped to the inside of the hatch and three smaller
cargo compartments (in the sleeves and the chest) can be reached from
outside.
The RTGs have a power surplus of 50.6 kW on the ground and 25.6 kW in
the air to recharge power cells in the modules.

Space Marine Support Walker v1.0 (TL11)
Copyright 2010 by Onno Meyer
The Space Marine Support Walker can operate on the surface of moons or
planets and in major habitats. The compact vehicle provides fire support
for the infantry and raw power for combat engineers. Properly braced, it
can lift a dozen tons.
The Support Walker has two arms, mounting an x-ray laser on the right
and an electromag mortar on the left. The ammunition feed system in the
back of the body has four separate 10-round magazines. Thrusters in the
legs allow zero-G maneuvering and flights or at least boosted jumps on
worlds. The pilot sits in a narrow cockpit, sandwiched between sensors
and power systems.
A typical ammunition load is $9,600. It takes 62 seconds to recharge
one xaser shot.
Subassemblies: Body +2, two Legs +1, two Arms +0.
Powertrain: 100-kW leg drivetrain; two 6,000-lb. vectored super
