This is a weekly posting with GURPS vehicles (and the like) to the
GURPSnet mailing list. I grant the permission for all non-commercial
redistribution of my work, but I would like to know if you put it on
a website or the like. The files at omeyer.gmxhome.de are down until
I fix the automatic PDF generation, which should be one of these
days - see sourceforge.net/projects/gurpsml

Mobile Exploration Base v1.0 (TL08)
Copyright 2016 by Onno Meyer
The Mobile Exploration Base provides shelter and environmental support
for 200 people. Conditions are very cramped, but the hydroponics provide
clean air and fresh food for years at a time.
The main hull has three decks. The hydroponic section is on the upper
deck, where leaded windows provide a little extra light. The middle deck
holds small two-bed cabins, along with the sickbay, the galley, and food
and storage lockers. The lower deck has tiers of bunk beds, the reactor,
the maintenance workshop, and the primary airlock.
The superstructure contains the control room, the radio room, and the
commander's suite with two separate bedrooms. Behind the superstructure
are the shuttle pad for resupply and a crane for refueling.
The reactor needs a dozen fuel rods for $960,000 every two years.
