Hi Louis. I have a friend that has the same issue as you. I don't have the
problem so it would seem to be device specific. I am trying to help him as
well. I hope there is a fix.

Hi folks the male voice on my BookSense xt does not work. From what I
know I will need to do a factory reset. Is there another way to do
this instead of holding down the 4 key, pressing the reset button with
the end of a toothpick or paperclip, and continue to hold down the 4
key for 20 seconds. I ask because I don't have something small enough
for the reset button and even if I did I don't want to risk damaging
the BookSense. Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated.
