Just follow the normal installation procedures. The BookSense will
prompt you that you are installing the same firmware or that you already
have the latest and you simply answer yes to continue.
Many thanks.

How to re-install firmware when it will not install over top of the
firmware already there? :)
I thought there was a newer build than August 10, to August 14, but the
date appears to be the same. Must we roll back and then re-install the
firmware?
Thanks!

Hello. This is the only way to do a factory reset which will insure it
get done. You can also try reinstalling the firmware and see if that
fixes the issue.
Many thanks.

Hi folks the male voice on my BookSense xt does not work. From what I
know I will need to do a factory reset. Is there another way to do
this instead of holding down the 4 key, pressing the reset button with
the end of a toothpick or paperclip, and continue to hold down the 4
key for 20 seconds. I ask because I don't have something small enough
for the reset button and even if I did I don't want to risk damaging
the BookSense. Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
