Yes and hopefully HIMS will improve on battery life with future firmware adaptations. ----- Original Message ----- From: "John Moore" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, September 25, 2009 10:03 AM Subject: [GW-Booksense] Feature suggestion
I was trying to record somethihn gon Sunday that was about 3 hours long, and I was using binaural microphones. Unknown to me, the BookSense's battery died about 2:30 into the recording. I think we need to have some knod of vibrator in the BookSense that will let someone know when the battery is running low while recording. Luckily, the recording that I made was saved to the SD card even when the battery died. I had left the BookSense on for a while before starting it, so that's why the battery ran down. This is still a concern I have. I'd love to see a future improvement to the hardware that would allow a vibrator to be put in the BookSense.
