They already increased the TTS volume and the regular playback volume once.
I'll bet that it is at its peak right now.
What is needed and, if I'm not mistaken, they already know about it and may
even be doing something about it, is to have the volume of the NLS and other
daisy media playback louder.
I certainly hope so, as there seems to be about a 20 percent difference at
the moment.

Hi folks in your guys's opinions would you like the BookSense to be
louder? Personally I think the speakers are great for playing music
but sometimes when I listen to an audio or NLS book I just find myself
wishing that I can turn up the volume three, or four, or sometimes
even five notches above the maximum volume. This was why I enquired
