Interesting that when it happens, resetting the card in the Book
Sense doesn't change the condition of not being deleted according to
the BS, but that the file may be 0 bytes on the card though the title
is still there. The computer always can delete the file, so far,
according to my experience.
It doesn't often happen, but it does.

I've had this happen too with some NLS books. I think the way to
make sure it all goes away is to back out of the book completely,
and then go back to it and try to delete it.
