Here's the deal with the stream, Any nls book that has a file

Any bookshare book that has the following file in the folder:
dtbook-2005-2.dtd, the stream leaves the folder behind.

The Stream deletes the book, but not the folder it is stored in,
since there may be a circumstance where there may be more than one
NLS book in the same folder which works on the Stream, don't know
if that works on the BS.

I had this happen quite frequently on the Stream, but thankfully the
Booksense is much better about deleting files/folders associated with
the book. I've had this situation happen a few times on the Booksense
though, which I solved by deleting the folder again.
