I still think that something goes on with the processing of the digital data where the data gets hung up somewhere, isn't moving, and so the unit shuts off. I notice when in a BookShare DAISY book or an XML book, if I need to go back so many pages, it takes the unit quite a while to go back and locate the page. I have had the unit just lock up in doing this and need to do a reset. This happens on AC power as well as battery power, and I have the latest version of the firmware.

I have had it happen several times also. I have not been able to figure out
a patern.
