"Being looked into" just means that the issues have been passed along to HIMS. Hopefully, the fixes will make it into the next firmware update. I will wait for improved speech before reading any more books in RTF format. Trying to determine what a word actually is by reading through it by character is somewhat time consuming with the BookSense. If it weren't for context, I might think that Octobu was a species of octopus or a new James Bond character.
