It may be that you have a defective unit.
Talk go GW Micro on Monday. This is very rare. In any electronic
device manufactured by the thousand, you're going to get something like this.
Talk to them, and if they don't have any ideas, or if everything they
tell you to try doesn't work, it's still under warranty, and I'm sure
they'll send you a new unit. I've had the one I have since July, and
aside from an occasional lock-up which I am able to fix, it's fine.

batteries. I get nothing. I even tried plugging it in and then
resetting it. Nothing.
I was wondering if you have any suggestions.
I see a lot of people on here talking about returning to their
strream and think that's great if you can afford to do that. But I
put out a lot of money for this and don't have the cash to just say
"Oh well" and go out and buy a Victor Stream now. yt took a lot of
research before I decided to buy it just because of the cash
output. I was hoping this would be something that would work for
me. Now it does nothing. I am so disappointed. Help if you can.
