I also have it happen occasionally with BookShare DAISY format books.

I don't recall this happening before, but I was reading along yesterday
when the booksense just decided to turn itself off just like I'd pushed
the power button, only I hadn't as it was laying on the counter. I
suspected the battery, but turned it back on and it said battery was at 6.
