Since you mention the earbuds for the Stream, those are worth highlighting for their good quality as well. They're cheap, at $3 a piece, and you can order several pairs at once. The shipping is about $10 per order, but that evens out if you were to order 5 pair or something. I'd rate them at near iPod quality. The only drawback is the wires that go into each ear piece can get loose, but they last a long time.
